This notice covers the booking pages at book.maskati.co and book.riwa.agency, which Mohammed AlMaskati runs so people can book calls with him, the second on behalf of Riwa. Last updated 25 October 2026.
When you book a call
- What is collected: your name, email address, any notes you add, the time you choose and your time zone.
- What it is used for: to put the meeting in my Google Calendar with a Google Meet link and send you the calendar invitation, which Google sends from my calendar. If you cancel or reschedule, the same details are used to update or remove the event.
- Where it is kept: in the booking service's database, hosted on Cloudflare, and as an event in my Google Calendar.
- Nothing else: your details are not used for marketing and are never sold or shared with anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
The booking pages set no cookies for visitors and run no analytics or advertising trackers. book.maskati.co loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google to fetch them; book.riwa.agency serves its own. Cloudflare hosts both sites and processes requests, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect them.
My Google Calendar
Only I sign in to the booking service, with my own Google account. It reads the busy times in my calendar so it offers only free slots, and it creates, updates and cancels the events for bookings. It does not access anyone else's Google data, and it keeps my calendar sign-in and a few minutes of cached availability only to do this.
The service's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How long it is kept
Bookings stay in the database and in my calendar as a record of the meeting. If you would like your details removed, email me and I will delete them.
